Living the B.E.S.T life(B.itachon,E.muna,S.imcha,T.oda)

When worry threatens to overtake what do you do?
If you feel immoblized then that worry is not positive but more destructive.
If you cannot think straight that worry is not positive but even more destructive.
Consider that when you fill your mind with destructive worry you empty it of constructive thoughts 
Don't engage the destructive thoughts let them play out like an old movie with the understanding that destructive worry in the end leaves you feeling sorry
Revoke the visa of destructive worry and inhabit your state of mind with what you can do ,staying open to what can be instead of self incarceration in what you think has to be.
Explode with massive action that will energize you ,keep you going ,allowing yourself to give your B.E.S.T ,feel your B.E.S.T and clear the path giving yourself the opportunity for salvation to find you when G-d deems it opportune.
