"will be built" because the world needs constant kindness to sustain it and G-d has given us an important part to play
One part in my opinion is when we understand that we are not here to correct others but to help them , there is a world of difference between the two as some of us think that when we are correcting others we are helping them

Only when people make the choice to correct themselves will true positive change ,if and when needed, come.

Being unemployed for an extended period of time has highlighted for me what I think many miss
The same G-d that ensures our Parnassa(sustenance,livilhood etc) in better financial times,which can change within the blink of an eye, is with us during more challenging financial times no matter how long they last.
So being that the Reality that is G-d is One ,in both situations our higher good is in play even in times of extreme challenge . In better financial times each day that you have it is a gift
